Prebiotics and probiotics
The gastrointestinal system of all animals contains billions of probiotics which aid in the digestion of food, fight off potential pathogens, make nutrients and vitamins and support the immune system. Prebiotics are called plant fibers or FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) which serve as food for the micro-organisms that inhabit the intestinal flora, and which are none other than probiotics. Probiotics are good bacteria and yeasts that a body needs in order to balance our the bad bacteria.

Our recipes contain grapefruit seed and lime extracts. Included are also tangerine pulp and orange extracts. Rich in vitamins C and E, they are a broad-spectrum, non-toxic and antimicrobial . They have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, anti-parasitic, antifungal and antixoxidant properties. Grapefruit seeds extract also detoxifies the body and supports the immune system. Excellent source of vitamin C, lime is an interesting provider of antioxidants, known to reduce the appearance of certains cancers and cardiovascular diseases. It also contains a good amount of copper and iron.
